Discussion Groups
Two new discussions groups are forming.
Both groups will meet the first and third Wednesdays of the month.

Coffee and Conversations from 10:30 to 11:30 am, beginning on November 20, meeting at Starbuck’s, 13448 Clayton Rd. (in Mason Woods Village)
Women’s Study Group at 4:00 pm ,beginning December 4, meeting at the St. Louis Bread Co., 14123 Clayton Rd., Town and Country
No preparation is necessary; feel free to drop in any week you want for some thought-provoking discussion and camaraderie.
Yoga with Heidi
Join Heidi in our Parish hall on Wednesdays at 9:30 am .
This is a gentle yoga practice. Newcomers are always welcome!
Mats and other props are available.
There is no cost but a donation to the church is greatly appreciated. And remember all of Heidi’s past classes are on YouTube that you can access through clicking the button below.

Enjoy a period of quiet reflection. There is no right or wrong way to the path. Come and pick up one of our informative and instructional brochures and spend some quiet time with some who deserves it - You.
